LIBRARY AND STUDY ROOM:
1. The library will be kept open every day from 10 am to 5 pm except Sunday and Holidays.
2. Students will be required to show their Identity Card on demand by the library staff.
3. Books for consultation in the library will be issued on presenting the issue slip along with Identity Card. The Identity Card will be returned when books are submitted.
4. Any damage of books such as disfiguring tearing pages or photograph will be dealt severely.
5. Books are also issued to the students for home reading on submission of Identity Card. Such issued books should be returned within 7 days from the date of issue penalty will be levied for delay in returning books.

GYMKHANA:
Every year sports & cultural activities will be held in our institution. All the students of the college shall be members and the teaching staff members shall be the honorary members of the college gymkhana.
Principal shall be the ex-officio president of Gymkhana Managing Committee.
General Secretary who is selected by the students will conduct gymkhana activities.

SOCIAL GATHERING:
The Annual Social Gathering is usually conducted during the month of January. The Annual Social Gathering Committee shall consist of Principal, students representatives elected from among the students of the various classes and a chairman and staff members nominated by the principal from among the members of staff.

COLLEGE MISCELLANY:
College Miscellany will be published once in a year and will be distributed to the students before close of the college after the second term. The Editorial Board shall consist of an editor in chief appointed from among the members of the staff as editors for different sections and representative of the students one of whom shall be a lady student.
